I am a mentor and coach, dedicated to supporting and empowering academics to excel in their careers.My background is in social sciences, and I have over 15 years of experience working in museums and cultural institutions, as well as the corporate sector. I have worked in Spain, US, Gemany, 10 years in London and Portugal. I am passionate about supporting professionals in their career development, cultivating a mentoring culture, and fostering a positive mindset. I hold an ICF Coach and Mentoring certification and founded a mentoring career programme in Portugal for creative industries professionals.
