I began my career at CERN in Geneva, where I recruited and supported scientists, young professionals and leaders from around the world. In this role, I operated at the intersection of organizational strategy and individual development, guiding professionals through onboarding, leadership challenges, team dynamics and career transitions, as well as preparing them for their next chapter beyond the organization. Having experienced a significant international career transition myself, I understand how complex career decisions can be - especially when professional ambition, identity and personal circumstances intersect. After over a decade abroad, I chose to return to Germany and redesign my own path. I support international professionals in two key areas: • Career transitions & strategy - gaining clarity on strengths and goals, developing positioning strategies, and preparing for successful next steps within or beyond academia and research environments. • Self-leadership, team leadership & sustainable performance - strengthening resilience, navigating pressure and uncertainty, growing into leadership roles, managing teams effectively, and building the internal foundation needed to thrive professionally without compromising personal wellbeing. I am an accredited solution-focused coach meeting the standards of the International Coaching Federation. I now live in Frankfurt am Main in Germany and work globally too.
