I spent 12 years at CERN in Geneva, working in people-focused roles where I recruited and supported scientists, young professionals, and leaders from around the world. Working at the intersection of organisational and individual development, I accompanied professionals through onboarding, leadership challenges, team dynamics, and career transitions in highly international environments. Later, as a Career Counsellor at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, I supported students and professionals in navigating career decisions, strengthening their professional direction, and preparing for meaningful next steps. Having experienced significant international career transitions myself, I understand how complex career decisions can become — especially when professional ambition, identity, and personal circumstances intersect. After more than a decade abroad, I made the decision to return to Germany and redesign my own path. Today, I support scientists, researchers, and international professionals in navigating career transitions, leadership challenges, and the pressures that come with building a meaningful and sustainable professional life. As an ICF-accredited coach trained in systemic and solution-focused coaching, I create a space where people can slow down, think things through, and find their own way forward. Based in Frankfurt, Germany, I work internationally with professionals across academia, research, and global organisations. Alongside my coaching work, I also design and facilitate trainings for organisations, supporting professionals and teams in areas such as leadership, communication, and personal development.
