I am passionate about fostering a mentoring culture and cultivating innovative research environments, with a strong focus on connection, collaboration, and growth-oriented learning. I have worked at leading research institutions across the USA, Austria, and Portugal, and I am a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), holding certifications as both a coach/mentor and a manager of mentoring and coaching programs.
