We have a vast pool of over 50 international highly experienced career consultants and trainers, acting as a one-stop shop where scientific institutions can find personalized group training activities, institutional consultancy, scientific talent recruitment, development, and individual support.

We created the first online marketplace where scientists can browse and book online 1-to-1 sessions.

We are proud that our services have already empowered over 6500 scientists from more than 40 countries and that we are trusted by prestigious institutions such as EMBL, Karolinska Institutet, European Commission Joint Research Centres, Gulbenkian Foundation, and many more.
