    I have 17 years of experience working in the research field in the area of cellular and molecular biology and 3 year coordinating an International PhD programme and an International Summer Internship Program in an institute with 47 groups and 150 PhD students. I was responsible for the marketing, recruiting, organization of the training programme and for communicating with, supporting and promoting students network. In my coaching sessions I cultivate a non-judgemental posture and an attentive listening to provide you a confortable space to speak and think outloud. With awareness on the present moment and trough an objective questioning, I will help you think and find what you need to reach your goals, to evolve and to grow.
